A lot of the artworks previewed in this slide show, were painted with watercolors on cartridge paper using a technique known as "dry brush"

They were completed between 2013 and 2015 during my MSc. Medical Illustration Program at Makerere University, Department of Medical Illustration, College of Health Sciences.

It's interesting to follow one's passion but be ware also, that sometimes such a path is fraught with unforeseeable

eventualities.

Catch a glimpse into the making of these Illustrations

These were done for various courses like; Surgical Illustration,

Pathological

Illustration,

Microscopic Illustration, so on so forth.

Whereas it requires almost monastic devotion to create medical illustrations, It is a memorable experience

Truth be told, its life changing, its worth the effort for an adventurous individual.

Time and quality are interdependent in the medical illustration discipline.
